Special hotel, staff were welcoming and the location was magnificent close To City Center. Our double room with a clean bathroom was fashionable.

Its location in Frankfurt am Main was great, just off surrounding area, many restaurants around, and the old town.

Loved the friendly and accommodating staff who went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a very comfortable bed.- The hotel had a 24/7 reception which was convenient for any assistance we needed.- The hotel was located close to public transportation, making it easy to access the city center and attractions.- Enjoyed the modern building design and soundproof rooms, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.

There was a noise issue on the 7th floor, but the staff promptly helped me change my room to a quieter floor. Had difficulty connecting my tablet and phone to the TV, and it would have been nice to have Netflix and Plex installed.

Central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV in the room and the very comfy bed. Extremely friendly staff, always with a smile.

Had decent sized room £ 107 with safe and a sofa.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was fabulous. There were huge and big rooms with safe as well as a sofa.

The staff was absolutely kind and amicable and my stay was really nice, would stay here again.

Good location - 15 minutes walk from bus station. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a petting zoo. Very comfy beds, central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV in the room. Great food for breakfast.

Staff is best and affable and you can park your car on-site. Their rooms are always neat and compact with fridge and safe plus 'edgy' decor.

I recently stayed at Moxy Frankfurt East for a family trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we arrived with an extra person. The hotel's funky and practical decor added a fun vibe to our stay. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. We loved the breakfast options and the evening sweets. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation and plenty of food options nearby. I can't thank the Moxy Team enough for their exceptional service and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. We also felt that our car was secure in the parking garage during our stay.

They seemed indifferent and not very friendly, which made us feel unwelcome. we found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near a tram station makes it easy to travel to the city center. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a neat little bathroom. The breakfast, apart from the hard boiled eggs, is satisfying.

All was fine, but it would be great to have more storage space in the rooms.
